Remove Body Mount Bolts

Ive cut all the bolts and the body is free, what is the best way to remove bolta from frame?

Did you ever try undoing the bolts before you torched?

If they don't turn, try to raise the body high enough so smack them with a sledge?

The plange that the bolts go threw are taipered you have to beat them appart (good luck). I had to use a saw-zall and cut them appart then buy all new ones.
