rear window and power locks wont work

hey guys i just bought a 1988 ford bronco xlt full size and i cant get the back window to go up or down and also cant get the power locks to work. i have tried everything, the motor has been tested by ford and they said it was good, i have checked all the wiring and it is good also checked the switch and IT is brand new and works.i have power to the motor on both wires but the motor wont even click. HELP!

There's a safety feature in the tailgate that won't allow the glass to go down if the tg isn't shut firmly. Cgeck that the strikers are not worn out or the latches aren't loose, and try pushing in on the tg as you try the key switch. But if the motor doesn't spin with 12V power, it's toast. Same for the door motors. IF they spin but the glass won't move, the tiny gear drive can get stripped and can be replaced alot cheaper than another motor. Also, checkt the condition of the side felts or glass runs. I sprayed some WD-40 on mine to clean out some of the dirt and grime that kept the glass from moving very fast or not at all. JSM84
