Rear seat belts?

I just purchased a 69 with the rear seat missing and the inside is fully carpeted. I did buy a rear seat but now I am curious. Is there supposed to be rear seat belts for this seat?

Yes..,

There should be 4 bolt holes a bit behind the seat on the floor.

Sometimes the welded on nut-plate is broken off....but a nut can be placed fr. underneath.

Tap out the nut-plates as they're prob. full of crud.

I will take a look tomorrow. When I lifted the carpet this guys had glued down a foil material with a padding underneath. Then in the floor were the metal floor goes up 2' and 2' they glued in wood slats to take up the down so the padding sits flush. :wacko:

That's pretty common..,

BTW.., the tank is right under those bolt holes so don't go to long with bolts ., or cleaning equip.
