Rear disc brake conversion problem?

[1979 bronco desert runner]

Converted the rear drum brakes to disc brakes on my 1979 ford bronco. Everything mounted up nice and installed a proportioning valve also, but when letting off of the brakes the rear calipers are not releasing and I under stand that there is some kind of back pressure vavle for the drums that I need to remove. Can anybody help
