OK So I bought new front rotors and redid my 89 bronco II 4x4 .

No I didn't buy new bearings.

I know I should have , but before I do......

Everything was fine ,I have done this before, but now I get a humming sound and very slight vibration when I turn to the right.

It is coming from the right tire, and it is driving me NUTS.

I pulled it apart again and rechecked my grease job and how tight the bearing was in.

When you remove the ring , and pull off the 3 washers, I may have mixed up the order, one is larger one is smaller and one looks like a needle bearing.

I may have mixed up the order. Could that cause it?

If so, what is the order they go on? anyone know?

I KNOW it is not my greasing of the bearings, or grit in the bearings, or the bearings are in too tight or too loose, I have tried it all ways and it still makes noise.

I maybe should mention that when I first did this last week the rotor that I put on was warped, yes thats right it was warped when I bought it , even lordco admitted it and gave me a new one, I only put about 1/2 mile on it, (it was obvious something was wrong, it shouldn't make sharp right turns when you brake :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> )

Any help would be appreciated I have had this truck for 8 years and have done a lot of maintenance worjk to it , including brakes and this is the first time I have had a problem I couldn't solve.

HELP ME O GREAT FORD GOD!

Thnx

Ygorl
