Quick ABS Question

I searched through most of the tech forum and couldn't find much about the ABS system in a '93. I was wondering if it was posable to disable the ABS, and if so, if it would effect any kind of wear? I do some climbing and would rather not have ABS. I was wondering if I could just bull the fuse for it. I've seen it done on a few Fords in the past.

I had ABS on both the 94 and 93 I have. Both were disabled and caused no problems. It will trip either the ABS light or check engine light or maybe both. I took the lights out of the dash. Oh, just a little FYI, I work for FORD.

I plan to disengage the Rear ABS on my 90 only because I'm sick of the sliding through intersections because the front locked and the back didn't seem to do anything...

I took out the 4WABS Controller after it crapped... 2 junkyard controllers turned out bad too; no returns!

Took awhile to go thru the EVTM and check everythAng from tone ring back to PSOM.

Here is a way out if you want to keep it and sut it down for off-roading;
