well guys....i finally got it running. remanufactured block and heads......bored .030 over.....stock cam for now.......HEI distributor (thats right HEI) edelbrock performer intake.....Barry Grant Speed Demon 650cfm vacumm secondary, electric choke. typing hurts i think i got arthritis........oh and headman full length headers 3" collector.....and a 2 1/2" dual, straight back, glasspack exhaust.......its sounds wicked guys....seriously....also got the air conditioning bypass pulley.....and i removed the smog pump.....got the bronco powered by Ford valve covers....edelbrock 9" air filter......and some minor ford red painting....it aint too bad.....i got a fuel pressure regulator on it at the moment....its sorta just rigged up to work for now.....can you blame me, its been 8 months since it hit the road last.....honestly it sounds bad ass....i'm so damn happy right now....i'm surprised i have the patience to sit down here and type all this......i currently however do not have the tach, oil pressure, or water temp gauges hooked up......the wireing is all jacked up from the mpfi to carb swap......but on the other hand....in a day or two, a temporary 3 gauge cluster is going on to solve that problem.....so with that being said....................pictures will come soon.....hopefully a video to go along.....i'll write soon.....til then, hope you like it.

Outstanding, glad to hear it. A lot of guys throw in the towel partway thru a large projects like that. You should feel good & be proud that you took on such a large job and had the intestinal fortitude to see it through. Sit back, have a cold one and appreciate what you've done. I'd guess that maybe 15% of car/truck guys ever finish a project like that. Take some time to feel good about what you've accomplished.

Good Job man.

**** YEAH! GLAD TO HAVE YOU BACK! It's allways a good feeling to have people tell you how bad ass it is for what you've done but it's also a good feeling just see what you've done and I like hearing about other people that have done this! Enjoy it when you can!

Your setup sounds *exactly* like what I did to my Bronco a few years back...all the way down to the HEI distributor...I do have a little bit of a cam though. I think I'm around 300 horses, but never had it Dyno'd. What type of tranny are you running? I have a C6, and couldn't be happier...the thing is bulletproof and never had any problems, especially offroad. Some people would complain about the acceleration because of the 3-speed, but Bronco's aren't exactly built for the 1/4 mile! Good to hear you got it running though.

Broncobill's right, lots of guys start but never finish a project like that. Sounds like you've got something to be proud of there. Good job for sticking with it.
