What do you recommend for a power steering pump when using 40 inch tires. The stock pump cannot handle these tires. The pump even twists on the bracket its connected to when you turn the tires. What do u use for a power steering pump when having large tires?

With this big of a tire, I would go with a hydraulic ram assisted steering system. There are several companies that make these systems and I have seen a couple of write ups in a couple of magazines on installing these. Plus it will be a lot easier on your whole steering system.
