Power steering pump leak

I bought the power steering pump reservior kit from JBG because my old reservior was leaking I changed out the packing and the reservior and its still leaking. I put pet(petrolatum) on packing and the inside of the reservior and it still leaks any suggestions?

clean it off with a dry rag. Then dust it with baby powder. When you start the engine the leak will show up in the white powder. Then you know exactly what to fix.
