pitman arm

i have a 78 bronco. just started on a 6 inch lift. anyone know if i need a 6 inch drop pitman arm or will a 4 inch work. i could only find a 4 inch drop through jbg. thanks

I think that's it (4")..! Keep in mind that's a lot of strain due to the drop. A 6" drop may not be safe.

I think I'd look into the "weld-on" riser for the axle end of the track-bar as well. (instead of/or in addition to, pitman arm/trac-bar drop bracket))

The goal is to get the track-bar & drag-link close to parallel.

Hey Birdman,

Did you ever get the 4" to work or did you do something else, because I am having the same issue... I have a Rancho 6" without a few parts. I saw Skyjacker has a 6" drop pitman arm, but they want around $230 for it, which is almsot as much as my lift...

So hit me back on what you decided to do.
