Painless VS Centech are they really "bolt in"?

I am so sick of the crappy old wires and poor wiring job the previous ower had done on my 1969 Bronco.

I am going to break down and order either the Painless or the Centech complete wiring harness. To anyone who has installed or had expierence with these harnesses I have a few questions...

Can I honestly tear all the wiring out of the truck and just install this one?

Is there much of a difference (other than the 160 dollar price difference) between the two, I am not building an extreme offroad vehicle and wont be crossing any rivers so I am leaning toward the Centech harness, cant justify needing the waterproof fuse panel. (that seems to be the only difference to me)

I used the Centech and found it to be a simple harness because they labled every wire on it for you. For example, the wire that goes to the driver headlight is labled "drv hdlmp" or somthing similar. Never used the Painless, but I would imagine that it is simple too. The problem that I had with the Centech is that the directions were very vague on some parts of the installation. If you go with the Centech, read the directions first, then go back and read them again before you start.....and yes both are direct "bolt-in"

One problem you will run into is that if you buy the harness from a 3rd party (i.e. Graveyard, WH) you won't get very good tech support from Centech. I know, I tried it.
