overheating

I got a 1979 Ford Bronco with a transplanted 460 in it. When I go play in the mud it overheats. I got dual electric fans yet it still overheats. What can I do to keep it cool during playtime??????

What is the CFM rating of those fans. It's possible that they don't pull enough air. Is the mud stopping them from turning? How much mud are you getting into the radiator fins? Consider a larger radiator?
