Hello,

I just bought a 66 bronco with the 170 6cyl and it has the original air filter system on it, with the oil bath. Went to a couple of auto parts stores but can seem to find the replacement. Does anyone know the filter number so I can get a replacement?

Does anyone have any extra tail lens? driver side???? thanks Nick

They were discontinued as there was no aftermarket $$ to be made. If you don't want it & it's in good shape, I'll trade for a lense. ;) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

What do I replace It with? There appears to be nothing wrong with it I could still read the sticker on it with the instructions. Its dirty and the paints not perfect but it doesnt leak or nothing. So do I just get a regular air cleaner or go with the super charger b-( I will check into it not sure what I want to do yet. the shipping will get me on my end. <_< hmmm <_<

I have never dealt with a Bronco oil bath air cleaner, but if it is like an original Willys oil bath, just change the oil and go. I have an original OBAC for my 48 Willys and I have never changed the filter itsself. I have changed the oil in it only a couple of times in the past 15 years. The point of an oil bath is that the oil catches the dirt and crud before it goes into the intake. So I would change the oil in it and take off down the road. You can use any oil too, I use the same 10-40 that I do for the engine.
