My transfer case is leaking and I need to add more fluid to it question is how? Can some one guide me on how to check the fluid level, and how to drain and add new fluid to the transfer case?

Look on the back of the t-case for two plugs. The lower one is for draining, the top for filling & checking the fluid. My 84 has hexhead plugs, the size is something like 1"/ or 1-1/16". IF yours has the lugs with a square hole, use a 3/8" ratchet to loosen them, and get some regular brass plugs from the hardware store. IT can sometimes be a pain to remove those plugs, since the square hole strips out easily. JSM84
