New cam = new heads???

Hey everyone, devldog again, had a question. I was thinking of putting a cam in my 400 '78 bronco, but I read somewhere that heads would probably have to be replaced if putting a new cam in. Im sure its a dumb question but is there any truth to that? And if so, any recommendations as to any new heads?

I would Google/Yahoo FORD small block 400 eng.

I'm sure there, you'll find all the eng. hotrod info. needed.

Does & don'ts --- cam carb. matches., headers, etc.

no you dont need to change the heads unless there is something wrong with them or you just want to change them to upgrades
