Nervous about putting a luggage rack on the back of my Bronco and placing my Kayak on top. I live in VA Beach and it is windy 8 months out of the year. Is there any place on the back i can place a rack that they wont strip the fiberglass in case the wind gets too high?

I would suggest that you use some sort of backing plate on the inside to spread the load over a larger area. You will also want to use extra care when sealing the holes if you mount anything on top. The rough surface of the fiberglass will leak if you don't do an extra good jop of sealing it.
