I recentually had to switch the front yoke on my dana 20 transfer case to the spicer one. I put it on and tightened it down and noticed i had a leak out the front of the yoke(where the nut goes on). Not a terrible leak but every 20-30 seconds it would drip. So i pulled the yoke back out and put black RTV sealer over the splines and slid it back on. Tighened it back on and it is still leaking. Not as bad as before, but enough to bug me. Any ideas on what i should do.

Thats weird; sounds like the splines are worn out on the t-case or the yoke. There is a coating that can be used on driveline slip yokes when the splines get worn down. Not sure if this stuff can be used with the t-case yoke splines but you might call a drivline shop and ask. Did you tighten the bolt real tight? Also check the outside area of the yoke that the seal rides on, it could have a bur and cutting the seal causing a leak. Sometimes its hard to see where its comming from. You could also try some thicker gear oil like 90/140.
