interchangable full size bronco body parts

Hay everyone and good evening. I now that you can take the front clip off of an 92-96 and bolt it on the 87-91 bronco's but can I take the 87-91 front clip and bolt it on the 80-86 body I'm not a fan of the newer front clip style (92-96) and I'm a huge fan of the 87-91 body style and I can pick up 80-86 body styles all day long cheap. So you see were I'm going with this. I was hoping I could get a 85 and put a 1990 front clip on it.

Yes, the whole front clip from the 87-91 can be bolted onto the 80-96 body/frame. There are a few posts from members that have done this, and I'm planning to do this over the winter months. The body lines of the wheelwell openings will not match front to back, not a problem if you're trimming the fenders like me, JSM84
