im buying a 79 bronco possibly

i might be buying a 79 bronco. The engine is a 400 big block but does not run. trannie is a C6 but slips. Does anyone know where i can buy a good cheap full rebuild kit for both. i want to know how much im going to get into to get this thing running. The stuff after its running is no big deal. the 79 im buying needs the quarter pans replaced is bout the worst on the body front clip needs put back on but id rather it be off to do all the engine stuff then do a nice clean restore. This truck wont see the mud too much but will have a nice lift when i get done. with saying that does anyone know where i can buy a 5 to 10 inch suspension lift kit and a 2-5 body lift kit. i also may need to invest in a step ladder lol

Well i found my rebuild kit for the engine 380$ and newly rebuilt trannie is 370$ so im going that route. 800$ and have a good strong running bronco and i can join the crowd here

How much are you paying for the truck? I bought one together and running for 1000 bucks and have been running her for over a year.
