THIS IS A SERIOUS CRY FOR HELP MAN I NEED TO GET MY GUAGES WORKING NOTHING ON MY DASH WORKS WHAT DO I DO ! IT WASNT THAT BAD HAVING THIS PROBLEM BUT....AFTER A WHILE IT KIND OF GETS ANNYOING AND FURASTRATING .

DOES ANYBODY KNOW WHAT TO DO ?????/ :unsure:

First you can hit caps lock...... Then you can tell us what you are driving, that usually helps a bit when we know the year and what not.

and to give you a little bit more info.....ive replaced the speed o cable twice the first time i got the wrong one, but then got the one that properly fit.....later found out that the sriing in the back that moves the needle to mark the speed was NO good replaced that.......and the rest of my guages used to work but no longer do.... my gas guage would go a little but crazy from time to time saying that i had half a tank...quater tank....full tank.................pretty much.......

is that pretty help full??????

First I would start by checking the fuses if they are good, make sure the the connections on the back of the gauges didn't work themselves lose. If that isn't the problem I would say the imprinted circuit on the back of the cluster is bad. My 79 just lost all gauges and that was the problem.

Buy the whole cluster and save yourself the headache.
OR........If you have a continuity tester,you can test the one you have easily to first verify the cluster is the problem.

wait, now that i recall i tested the cluster once I was sitting on 80mph. and a friend of mine stuck a drill to see if the Censor in the transmission was working, the drill worked and moved the speed back and forth. I got it placed back to zero, but if the cluster is the problem ?
