Well ive been trying to fix my rear window since i bough the truck,it wont roll down from the driver switch,im tired of messing with it so i just decided to find a whole new tailgate,where could i find a tailgate(new or used)with everything inside it so i can just install it and splice a couple wires and call it a day and have a working rear window?

Easier said than done 
. If you buy a new tail gate, it will be gutless :-& . You have a slim chance of finding a used good tail gate. I'd keep working on the problem. If it will work from the back key switch then it is not a problem inside the tail gate any way. Diagram attached. There are two fuses that operate the tail gate, one for the rear key switch and one for the driver switch. If it works from the tail gate key switch, then you only have a couple of components that can be failing, the driver switch down contact or the connections to the fuse or the fuse itself...

just found a new place to look at for possible cause on gate window trouble after looking at 4 different trucks decided to check my own and sure enough the wire harness at the rear of the drivers seat base along the area of the lower seat belt was corroded to the point that when I pulled up to cut the "tape" off it fell appart and my window worked fine until that anyway
