so i had to go pull out two of my friends at a channel in west texas. the water was deeper than i thought in one area. i should have just went through it slow but i went in kinda fast and water splashed up into my engine and it turned off. i opened my door and the water was at the door level. its done that before i just have to let it dry. so heres a pic of it. anyways my 4wd would not turn on and i got out in 2wd. it still wont turn on, so im guessin it might be some kind of 4wd motor or somethin with the transfer case. thats my only question.

Fun! Yup, you have a shift motor on the transfer case, probably needs to dry out. There are a few connectors that might have water in them, you may want to take them off and blow them out. Dielectric grease does wonders to seal them up.

Good luck,

:)>-
