Had to replace the fuel pump a few weeks ago. Had the wiring replaced because it burnt out.

Last night the truck died and the wiring clip was loose. Plugged it back in and started the truck and the fuel gauge started reading full. I have about half a tank.

Help?!

Figured it out. The wire connector is broken and came loose which caused me to lose power once again. Plugged it back in and that's when my fuel gauge stopped working. Unplugged the connector and wiped it off and plugged it back in and fuel gauge is working! Headed to a junk yard now to grab a connector.
