So...I just finished getting the transfer case rebuilt and oil pan gasket replaced when I cranked up the Bronco and heard an exhaust leak. I checked all around the engine and found the large house off the vacuum manifold disconnected at the engine side. I reconnected and cranked it up again. I still had the leak. Could the vacuum manifold be the problem? I got a 94 with the 5.0. Any suggestions would be great.
