i see its fuel injected, does it have an oxygen sensor on the left hand manifold at the rear? and if it does, what colour is the wire that it plugs into?

no nothing on the left, my sensor is on the little cross-over tube just in front of the cat. my wires are generic replacement, black and white

no worries. thanks. my sensor is actually in the cast manifold, on the drivers side(right hand side looking forward from the rear), so must have been different in oz. bugger. might never fix this problem...
