Can anyone tell me if the ECM from a 1990 F150 will work on a 1990 5.8 Bronco?

Only if its for the same engine. All Bronco and Truck EECs are pin'd out the same.

Thanks. I have the 5.8. If I’m correct the F150 has the 4.9
That swap woin't work for sure. There is also a difference between the 4wd and 2wd EEcs.

Call up O'reilly, they have some EECs in the catalog and are made to order and they ship out of TX.

I6 300 = 4.9L
302 and 351 Trucks have different firing orders but the Factory EFI for Ford trucks is Batch fire so technically you can put a 302 ** camshaft in the Truck 302 and not have to switch any of the injectors around.

Hopefully you can still get an O'reilly EEC. Covid has really messed up parts supplys.
