Where is the leak coming from, at the wheel or at the pumpkin? Not only is there a seal at the end of the axleshaft near the u-joint and by the wheel, there's also a seal inside the diff housing. I've not had a problem with leaks after replacing the seals, but the only other thing I can think of is the axleshaft is worn down i nthat seal area for some reason. And that would take alot of driving with a bad seal to wear the shaft down any at all. What part no. did you use? There are a couple different ones, so maybe that's the problem? JSM84
