chrome bronco

not sure where to post this but does anyone know which models came factory with the chrome bronco on the frt fender that is about 5-6 inches tall. and where can you get them. i would like some for my 78 custom

all the 78/79 broncos I've seen have the horse emblem. Check with Bronco Graveyard or LMC Truck, or search e-bay. I bought a pair awhile back for under $20 shipped off a dude on ebay, JSM84

I have 2 78 bronco,s. One is a custom and the other is a xlt-and neither has a horse on the.Maybe they ran off of or fell off.All mine has the the word Bronco custom and xld.

My 78 ranger xlt did not come with a horse and now that I think about it, I have only seen then on the silver anniversary broncos and the bronco II. www.blueovaltruckparts.com should have it.

78 and 79 model Broncos did not have this emblem. Only Silver Anniversary Broncos and Bronco II had them.

You can probably find a Bronco II in a junkyard with some still on it, I wouldnt bet on finding a Silver Anniversary Bronco in a junkyard. Its not exactly the same but maybe get one off of a Mustang?

I found a set on a 1980 bronco once in the scrap yard I took them off and still have them it wasnt something someone added the fender even had the hole for the correct placement . Maybe they were an option but they were on trucks from the factory now that I think about it a bit more I had an 84 a while back and it had them well 1 on it as well the other had been broken off . Just have to look around or like JSM said check ebay /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />
