The other day I was out doing some trail riding in my 73 bronco when it started to stall out. I thought that it might be getting hot but the temp was fairly low below 190 degreees. Then I thought that it had run out of gas. Not the case either I had a full tank still. I have never had any problems with the carb and it starts right up. Once I got it on the hard road and opened it up it run perfect, but as soon as I let off the gas and start slowing down it just shut right off. It is not chugging or anything like that it starts back up, but as soon as you let the gas off it stalls. Any help would be appreciated.

Will it sit at idle in your driveway...? If not., could be a plugged idle circuit.

Also., there could be an ignition issue.....check all the coil, dizzy connections. Connections on the back of key-switch.

Maybe a vac. leak....

Complete your info./sig. page & it's easier to help you, knowing what is actually there..... ;) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> B)
