Hi, the Bronco I bought was not totally re-assembled, so we've been checking things over before I start driving it and noticed the 2 front body bolts are missing. I know they are 3/8 x 16 bolts 3 1/2" long, but which way do they go in, from the top down or from the bottom up??? :blink:

To my knowledge., most all aft. mkt. floor panel stampings come indented, & with a hole.
It's poss. some older ones didn't &/or their homemade so you will have to locate & drill your own.
Did you check close to see if it isn't just a cut piece of sheetmetal attached in over the damaged area..?

/ After a closer look,there are holes there, just had to drill them a little bigger. body bolts are in now. Thanks soooo much for all your help....now on to the next problem, we had to change the bell joint and when we took it all apart, the shaft on the gearbox is so worn that the new bell joint just spins on the shaft after the bolt is tight.Guess i wait a few more day to drive it.....as far as those pics, guess I'll have lots of time to post them while I wait for parts...
