Just a little FYI, if you're looking to beef it up a little bit that swap to a 460 is goina cost you a pretty penny and you're looking at a little bit of a job. It is a TIGHT fit - but I like'm tight B) ....I got a 1983 Ford Bronco 4x4 460/C6 Auto that i converted from 300 Inline Six/automatic that is close to completion. I'm down to stabing the transfer case, driveshafts, remote oil filter, carb, and radiator. Contrary to popular beleive I think it sits a little nicer in the front end with the big block...Regardless if you're looking for cheap "fast" fix I'd suggest stroking a 351W milling the block, angle mill the heads, roller cam/lifters/rockers, and putting a girlde on the main. Then you wont have to worry about all the conversions etc.... >
