bad starter?

i have a 85 bronco ll and i have replaced the started 4 time in the last month i know its not the starter but im clueless on what it is can someone please help me!!

my flywheel went and when i replaced that my started was all chewed up so i replaced that too and since then ive been replacing starters left and right i cant think of any thing else it could be......

i dont think it has to do with the starter becouse before i changed the flywheel it was fine

That's what I mean....the FLYWHEEL has the RING-GEAR on it's outside edge.

If it has the "wrong number of teeth", it "WILL" eat up the teeth on the starter. (that "itty-bitty" gear in the nose of the starter)
