axel and rear end

i have an 87' bronco xlt 5.8 351. i am about to lift it 4 inches and i m wondering where i can find some heavy duty axels and what the spline on the axle shaft might be? 31 or 35 are the choices I've found. any help will be much appreciated!

only heavy duty shafts available for TTB fords are for the rear. those come from Yukon Axle & Gear. you can have special shafts made for the front 44, but those are WAY spendy. if you gonna lift it 4", you most likely wont need to buy heavy duty shafts. just money that doesnt need to be spent
