Hi All, I just bought a 96 XLT, It only has one shock per side in the front. As my 94 XLT and 89 EB has 2 per side. Does this meen that the 96 isn't an XLT?

Question 2> My 94 & 96 in the rear cargo area has a molded track for a cargo cover. I haven't been able to find a cargo cover for a bronco. any clues? Thanks for your time. & Remember to Keep Em' Twistin'!

Howdy, quad shocks up front were from ordering either the snowplow prep or towing package. I've seen very few that were ordered with the cargo cover option, and your kinda screwed unless someone wants to part with theirs (dont hold your breath)

last avil on line source was parts.com, I asked about it in FEB and they said they are now out of stock & not available.

It is Ford part #F4TZ9845440AAD

Thanks for the reply, I found what I was looking for on e-bay. ILP is > http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll

He has Red, Blue & tan. and in the auction there is phone number listed. And what track system? On my 94 & 96 the track is molded right into the sides of side panels. It also has two positions for where you can place the cover. Thanks for the info on the shocks. I just never seen one that didn't have twin shocks. and I worked at a ford truck shop. That's why I had to ask. I'm not worried about it, the 96 is only going to be pulling a tow dolly. (just odd to see a single shock)

Thanks again. Keep Em' Twistin'! Bob B.

ok, I meant if your 96 does not have that molded track in the side panels; you'll need the side panel with them

Just a note to say, that I got the cargo covers. the one that's suposed to be blue is more on the gray side, but both tan and blue/gray slid right in and cover the cargo area. now on to bigger and better things.
