I have a 88 bronco and I am having rear window problems. The rear window stops (if I'm luck it slows down) about 3"-4" before the top. Before I go and replace everything, does anyone have any ideas to making this easier? Thanks for any help.

On each side of where the tailgate closes are the latches. The posts are adjustable. Make sure you mark them before you mess with them so if you have problems then you can out them back. well if your glass is not going up well you can move them back or forward to get the window CENTERED in the track. Also take the panel off the back of the tailgate to access the window linkage and luburcant SLIGHTY. don't go crazy and make your truck smell funny. Good Luck...

Sounds like the gate isn't closing all the way or maybe too much, do what Jeff said above and you should be fine

Thanks for the help! I was able to fix it by adjusting the striker was a little too far back. It took a few adjustments to get it right but, I finaly got it! When I heard hoofs I was thinking zebra's and not horses. :D/

Thanks again!
