I have a 78 Bronco XLT Ranger. It has a ramsey winch, CD player, and many other extras. The body and interior are in good shape, no major defects in either area. It has a 400 motor that is in great running condition. With exception to the rear window everything in this truck runs and works great. I want to sell this truck to a local dealer but I don't know what to ask for it. What do you guys think a good asking price would be? Any input would be helpful thanks!

I'd say a grand or two. That's what I would pay for it. But that's just me.

Sellin' it to a local dealer, you'd be lucky to get a $1K. Remember use car dealers have about the same reputation as a politian. (hope I didn't offend any one :))

Sell it out right on this or anyone of a number of other forums.

I've been talking with my Sister and her bf the past few days. He's a used car salesman, and asked me about a 79 F-150 4WD a dude wants to trade in on a newer, used truck. I told him $1500 maximum, all systems working. I paid $1800 for my 78 Bronco last month, and it's in similar shape and running condition. IF the dealer won't give you $1500, you can possibly sell it on the classifieds for that much. Good luck, JSM84
