Im new to the site and new to Broncos. I bought my first one a week ago and the radiator was not leaking, now it is. I have everything disconected from the radiator but one tranny line. I was wandering if maybe anyone knew of a trick to removeing them. It is pretty rusted around the bottom of the radiator. Thanks.

You should be able to turn them with a wrench. Take a small wire brush and clean the pipe behind the nut, and soak it with PB Blaster for a while.

Depending on how rusted the radiator support is, you may want to consider replacing it. They are available from The Bronco Graveyard http://www.broncograveyard.com or LMC Truck http://www.lmctruck.com . A good place to order a new radiator from also.

Good luck,

:)>-

You could also try a flare wrench if you have one nearby.
