I have a 75 that I am about to go through the brakes. My question is, on the front brakes is the entire hub all one assembly, or will the brake drum slip over the locking hub assembly? Thanks.

YES...,
They seperate... but., sometimes they stick., so a bit of encouragement is needed.
Some ****., some hammer tapping., a bit of prying....some heat.., maybe all of these..
