70 bronco 5.0 swap starting prob.

I just completed a 5.0 conversion on a 70 bronco. Motor is out of an 89 stang. Engine harness is from Painless. My question is when I went to start it the engine would not turn over. I replated the starter silinoid and nothing. The fuel pump kicks on when key is turned to the on position but when I go to turn it over there's nothing. The two small wires on the silinoid that plug into the two center niples were switched and when I turned key to on position the engine began turning over without turning key past on position. SO I put the wires back to the regular position.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
