What kind of accessories are you talking about? You need to have everything off the EFI engine (computer, harness, intake, O2 sensors, etc.) in order to do the swap. You should be able to take everything off of one engine and slap it on the other with out any problems. It is just getting the electrical to work that becomes the booger part.
