depending on if auto or manual if you go to jeffs bronco graveyard they have a section for 429/460 swaps in the 73-79 full-size section

Not sure what the best answer to that is. Do you have any *specific* questions ? Now I know it's not cheap but I think the BEST choice for this swap is to go with the L&L Products kit. I've done several 460 swaps, some with the L&L kit and some without and I can *easily* say that the L&L kit makes it a simple bolt-in with no headaches. You CAN swap this in by collecting all the Ford parts since the F250/350's came w/460's and the factory hardware is available for the swap if you want to track everything down but, honestlly, L&L has turned this into a science and their kit is really THE way to go. I've *never* swapped a manual, I'm a slushbox kinda guy because I enjoy rocking myself out of the mud w/o burning up a clutch everytime but I'd be happy to answer any specific questions you have. The 460 is a good choice for the full-size Bronco and I don't think I've *ever* met anyone who regretted making the swap.
