351m stock tune up

I am in need of a tune up I have a 79 bronco stock 351M and keep hearing info about the diamond fire spark plugs i am thinking of using to gain a little performance and for gas milage ??is has anyone used them and have you seen good performance and mileage improvements from the plugs or should use another plugs I also use napa for most of my parts would anyone recommend a certain wire, rotar,cap,and coil ?? that would work with this combo any info would help thanks

Fancy spark plugs are a waste of money. Get a high output coil, good spark plug wires, copper core spark plugs (cheap ones), cap and rotor. Gap the plugs to .055 and advance the timing. Lots of Bronco owners do this, and it works well. It's an excellent ignition upgrade, far better than diamond fire spark plugs.
