A 351C was built until '74, and a C isn't an H.O. engine anyway. While both engines have a 4.38" bore, and a 3.50" stroke, the rod lengths and deck heights are different for the two -
351C - rod length= 5.778 , deck height= 9.213
351W - rod length= 5.956 . deck height= 9.480
A C has 8 valve cover bolts with tall covers, and different angles on top, a W has 6 and is shorter and flat topped
A C has the thermostat housing on the top of the block, a W has it on the top of the intake manifold
A C has it's distributor tilted towards the passenger side, the W's is vertical
C's have head castings in the upper left corner of the head, 2, 4 and M - 2= 2bbl, 4= 4bbl, and M= 351M 385 series engine
A C uses 14mm spark plugs, a W uses 5/8" plugs
SO, unless someone swapped in an older block, it's a W
