Nope, no website anymore. There IS however a phone number you can call to get the info.
1-800-392-3673 That will get you through to the nice people at the Ford Customer Relationship Center and they'll be able to get it for you. The phone # is courtesy of Miesk5 who dug it up for us. You can find details in his updated post here:

I recently called them for info on my 88', but for some reason they weren't able to access anything at all about it thru their network. The girl was surprised that she couldn't bring anything up. She assured me that it had nothing to do with the truck being too old for the database because she said that just 3 or 4 months earlier she'd had a guy call for info on his just-aquired 1909 Model T and the info was right there when she input the VIN (which both she & I thought was pretty freaking cool) but for some reason the info on mine wasn't there. Not being able to get it right then & there she took my info & told me she was punting it over to the research unit. I just got a letter from them 2 days ago (it's been maybe 7-8 wks since I called) with info on the truck. Now I don't know what-all info comes on an *actual* build sheet when you get one but I have a typewritten letter on Ford letterhead that gives me a breakdown of what each portion of the VIN represents, then the actual build-date for the truck and finally a list of everything it was equiped with. It seems to be mostly info that would have shown up on the window sticker but all I was really interested in was confirming that it was originally an electronic shift-on-the-fly transfer case and the info I got did that.
