It was a stretched timing chain causing problems

Found the problem--cheap ICM installed---when I changed it----works fine now

I think it's the ICM also---Put a motor craft one on----By the way, get it off the distributor and there is a kit that you can install it on the fender area--- a faulty ICM creates all kinds of headaches.
