What size lift for 37 x 13.50

My friends 79 has a 3 inch body lift. He is running 37x13.5 boggers. Heres a pic

All he has is a 3" bodylift? No other suspension modifications?

That is correct. That is just a 3 inch body lift.

I have 38.5x14.5 with just cut out flares. Doesnt leave me much flexing room. I have a 4 inch rancho lift ready to go in but i'm lazy. Body lift would clear just fine but I would add flares just for a little extra clearance.
