Yep. it will.
About four or five inches inside the doors in the cab of the truck, you will find a large bolt on either side of the dash. ( your truck may have large knobs) They are just above the bottom edge of the dash pad.
These bolts have a nasty tendancy to rust... be very careful trying to remove them, you can permanently damage your windshield frame!!!Also the hinges have a tendancy to rust . soak it well with a penetrant of some type (WD40) BEFORE attempting to fold the frame down. You can also damage the windshield frame permanently by being to aggressive with this manoever, especially if it has never been folded down.
