Corbeau Seat Tracks

DOES ANYONE KNOW IF THE CORBEAU SEAT TRACKS FROM BRONCO GRAVEYARD ARE DIRECT BOLT INS OR DO THEY REQUIRE MODS. THANKS

I put in corbeau seat tracks in a '68 & they are direct bolt in no drilling. The driver's track hangs over about 1" & the passenger uses only 1 of the existing front bolt holes.
