So I live in Denver, CO and we are getting a wet heavy snow this morning...our first. My 1970 Bronco is leaking like a sieve behind the dash. I had the entire frame off while I had it in for paint, repaired rust and screwed it back down with self tappers and silicon sealed under and between the hinge. There does not appear to be a place for the water to come in under the hood, but when I look under the dash it looks like there are countless places for water to come in. Most of the water seems to be coming in on the drivers and passanger side corners but there have been a few little drops behind where the radio should be.
To make matters worse I assumed I had everything water tight and installed a new spedo cluster and rewired the windshield wiper switch, which shorted out on the way in this morning. Needless to say I am slightly distracted this morning, any ideas on how to address this would be great! I wont ever lay the windshield down so I am thinking a nice clean bead of silicone is a giood place to start, but I am at a loss when it comes to the light I can see under the dash.
Thanks guys
Billie
