does anyone know what the time spec is for a 1975 302 bronco

You will probably find that it will work quite well between 10 and 12 deg BTDC.

It also will depend on your altitude. Rule of thumb is to time 1 extra degree per thousand feet of elevation. Timing on the 302 at sea level is 6 BTDC, so start there and add 1 degree for you altitude.
